Having narrowly avoided Hurricane Floyd, it was something of a bummer
when, immediately following the ceremony, the entire house slid backwards into a gigantic
mud pit. |

....and the entire wedding party leaving in the middle of the ceremony
because they heard the wedding across the street had free drinks wasn't particularly
thrillsville, either. |

This isn't a particularly funny shot until you look closely; every single
person in this shot is looking into a different camera. |
Unfortunately, the root canal my stepmother Mary had had three days
before the wedding still was a factor in the picture-taking now. We hear the
Novocaine eventually wore off, though. |
And, of course, when the groom gets bored after the seven
hundredth picture taken of him, there's always the danger that he's just going to start
getting goony. |
